Injection molding section environment

In order to ensure the environment of the purification workshop and improve the quality, the injection molding section specially formulated the management specifications of the purification workshop to clarify the operation specifications and requirements of the operators and the ownership of the sanitary duty area.

In order to effectively prevent the dust in the low cleanliness area from being brought into the high cleanliness area, the transmission between the workshop and other areas must pass through the specially designed transmission window, and in order to reduce personnel contact with the product, the automatic transmission belt is specially installed in the workshop, which can improve the efficiency and ensure the product quality.

Like the injection molding section, personnel must wear dust-proof clothing, hats, masks and clean dust before entering the coating class. The lens must go through multiple cleaning procedures before entering the coating workshop, and be delivered to the coating workshop through a special customized window. The lens that has not yet been coated needs to be placed in a special dust-proof area. Before the lens enters the vacuum chamber for coating, it needs to undergo secondary dust removal before coating.
